Won this in Lelands last night. Picked up a signed 41 Williams a while back, and have been looking for a signed DiMaggio to go with it ever since.

Ben, great PC796. I don't think I've ever seen one of those I didn't like.

I picked up this photo of Wilbert Robinson. The Robins player is unidentified. I'll send a stick of old Topps gum to anyone who can ID him for me.

Really glad to add this from the most recent Memory Lane auction. I'd love to have a signed card from all of the Glory of Their Times participants, but I'll start with this one. Nice little bonus is that it's a Piedmont 350-460 Factory 42, which wasn't mentioned in the listing.

...and then there was 1. Just the Green Cobb remaining to complete my T206 HOF Portrait run after nabbing this from Chuck this week. Great centering and registration...just a little loved over time.

Excited and sad at the same time that the journey is nearly over. I suppose I'll just look to upgrade some of them along the way now.

What next...what next

That's awesome! I have both cards, but not signed. I think DiMaggio signed anything (within reason, folks) is great; he is one of my personal favorites of all-time.

Added a couple tough Old Mills through auctions & swooped on the Chance Cycle buy-it-now ($2oo seemed like a pretty good deal). 292/524

The Hornsby pc is neat. I've collected Ruth cards for years and still do. With prices going up I really enjoy picking up much less expensive players like Hornsby.
It's hard to believe in this market I can still find nice playing days Hornsby cards for a few hundred dollars.

These were recently discovered inside a book where they were forgotten about for many years. I am glad they found their way to me! The Criger is an upgrade

Ryan, your W600 of Plank ain't too shabby!

Joe, when I see gorgeous T204s like the three you acquired, I am reminded that IMHO the T204s are the best-looking pre-War cards (because I am a fan of real-photo cards).
