very slow, unresponsive ,REA Auction ?

Does anyone else have trouble seeing items or bidding in this auction? I can get into the auction and see the 1st page, can't do a search, takes way to long.

The MASTRO auction site works fine for me.

I've had similar problems, and last nite a few bids wouldn't take and gave me an error message. I just went on to another site and then came back 5 minutes later and all went well.

I've gotten two REA catalogs, but none with the rare Mastro return address. Those could be collector's items.

I know Rob will happily send out catalogs, but if anybody needs my extra it's still in the box and I'm at the post office every day.

I put in a few dozen placeholder bids in REA last night. The speed was kind of doggy, but everything worked fine. I thought it was probably just the traffic.

Received the REA catalog yesterday and the Mastro last week. I've put in more bids with REA than with Mastro this time. About 60 bids vs. 40 bids

Just want to thank Rob for responding with 2-3 emails about my problem. We have determined the cause is my dial-up service, slow because of the amount of pictures on website.

Thanks again, I will phone bid if I can't get into the site.

I have always found Rob (hi Rob) to be extremely responsive. I never have to wonder if I will get a call back or an email back. Sometimes late at night we have good communications. He does run a fine auction......I just wish I had more money.....(it's a human thing).....

Just got my REA catalog (Correct return address version ) It's bigger than the phonebook. Holy cow have I got some good reading ahead of me! Nice work REA!
