Default 1954 A's - who is Jack?

Any ideas? I type 'Shepal' into Google and get absolutely nothing, as if this mix of letters doesn't exist. What other letters could they be? Other autos are on back of program. Some easy to recognize. Others still working on. Thanks!!

Were they playing the Pirates? If so I'd guess Jack Shepard

The others on the back are -
Bob Skinner - Pirates
Dick Rozek - A's
Pete Suder - A's
Vic Power - A's
Hal Rice - Pirates
Gair Allie - Pirates
Jerry Lynch - Pirates

Looking them up it seems none were well known. Maybe Vic Power.

I bought this privately from a guy that got this program signed (including Connie Mack) when he was a 10 year old boy and lived in West Palm. Talked to him on the phone - very nice gentleman. He remembers waiting in a line to get a skinny old man to sign it (he didn't know who Connie Mack was back then).

I have seen one other program identical year to this with Connie Mack signed in the same place.

Maybe I will try to pick up 1954 cards for each of these guys.
