Hawks Autographed Team Picture
This is the same picture that Al posted to start this thread. It is autographed on the back by all 12 pictured Hawks. I have an unsigned pic that someday I will have matted side-by-side.

Before St. Louis Before Milwaukee Before Tri City It was Buffalo For 38 days 1946 the first year of the BAA. The NBL had been struggling along for 20 years and seeing the competition they expanded. This is a program from the 2nd Buffalo home game. Coached by Nat Hickey and had star player Pop Gates. I have a 1st game program around here somewhere.
