Default All Nations player identified

A while back the RPPC below was discussed. It was shown that it was not J L Wilkinson, but the correct ID was unknown. See:

Amazing work to identify the player.

My question is how many of you think the man in the suit IS wilkerson- and if so what is the basis for the conclusion
