First, is this the same Bob Alexander who played for Baltimore and Cleveland, mid to late 50's?

Secondly, if it is, does anyone have this card?

Lastly, is there a website where I can find Cuban, Dominican league rosters from this era?

Yea that's Bob Alexander, he has a Toleteros and a Parkhurst as well

They Victorias are the most rare of all Cuban cards.
If your looking for this card its almost impossible.
