It always perplexes me when a seller researches the subject (John McGraw, in this case), and yet can shed little or no light on the item which portrays the subject (an "Honest Long Cut Tobacco Insert Card").

Well, at least we know the seller is prudent enough to protect his/her investment with a starting bid price of $24.99.
