Default new rules podcast history

I found this a good summary of the history leading to the new rules
the stats around 'time between balls in play' is interesting... I'm hopeful ... what could go wrong ??
looking forward to home opener

if you are driving for half hour .. good listen

I would really like that whole pitcher/batter clock thing to stop after the 8th inning.

I can live with a few extra minutes in the 9th and extras if it means we don't have games end because of a clock violation.

I saw all of 1 game, and most of 2 others. More strikeouts, with quality starters getting into grooves, with no way to break their rhythm, Cole, Cease, etc.

Same game, 22 minutes shorter. Station to station, zero small ball, home run derby. I still like it. I don't see "new" customers coming to the show.
