S81 "Pillowcase" - Information sought!

Hello all,

I have posted a picture of my S81 pillowcase. I know a little about this, but was hoping everyone on the baords could fill me in on any information they could about this premium. How many coupons did it take to get this? How many are floating around? Why is it referred to as a "pillowcase"? What's the value? An so on... Any information at all would be greatly appreciated!

The picture of below really doesn't do the pillowcase justice. The pillowcase is bright white with no spots, fraying, or staining what-so-ever. Those dark spots that look like stains are just shadows because of the folds. I have showed it to a few people and they have told me it is the nicest they have ever seen - who knows?
