Not sure who the FGS grading company is but it appears they are big in the new card market and totally clueless about anything that isn't shiney. Check this out, they slabbed a paper cutout. And this isn't a cheap Roy Huff rivet job

I believe FGS was a front established by a counterfeiter to grade his counterfeit Bazooka cards from the 1960s. Bob Lemke would know for sure as he published an article in SCD about this.
