The Williams looks as if it were slowly "drawn" while looking at a picture of a real signature. I cant recall whether Teds late in life sig was slow and meticulous as this. what say, Experts?

Well considering Hooper died in the 1970's, it is assumed that Williams penned this many, MANY years down the line. In saying this, the signature is WAY SLOW, I mean just look at the "M", there is even a hitch.
