Default Buy It Now (I Would If I Had The Money Or Needed The Card)

Posted By: T206Collector

Well, the idea behind this thread is that if I had the money or needed the card(s) at issue I would definitely click Buy It Now, because this is a good deal. Maybe not an amazing life altering deal, but a quality deal. I would encourage others to post similar Buy It Nows when they have decided to pass because they don't have the money or don't need the card. That way, at least we are giving Board members first cracks at good deals.

Here are two from this evening. They are a T206 lot and a T206 Ed Walsh PSA 4. The prices on these are pretty good.

PSA 4 Ed Walsh for $175 is about $6.00 less than I paid for mine several months ago...

30 T206 cards at about $11/card. Not too bad...

The T206 lot just ended today. It had a BIN of around $750, and I bid $350+. They lowered the reserve from $750 to $350? What's going on here?

Personally, I'd rather not see BINs pointed out here. The reason for that is selfish. I generally work from 4pm-2am, prime eBay shoping hours. I've managed to find a few BINs late at night that slipped thru the cracks. If people start outting them on the board, I will have no chance of finding these deals.

I saw that it has been relisted. I just thought it was odd that his BIN was $750, and now that it didn't meet the reserve, he relisted it with a BIN of $400 less? That sounds strange to me? Perhaps he just realized what they'd go for then relisted? I dunno....

so jimi, are you going to bid or bin at the $350 since you technically are willing to pay that?

That both the links I posted last night are still open this morning. I believe there is real value there.

I am not trying to sabotage those of you who check the BIN listings at 2:00am. I just think that it would be nice to share a BIN discovery that you think has value, but are going to pass on because of financial/other constraints. (Of course, this should not be used as a forum for advertising one's own ebay listings.)

I better not bid due to owing another board member some cash first. I'm not paying the BIN now because of that.
