Default 1969 Topps Decals - Help Needed

I picked up this 1969 Topps Decals Harmon Killebrew for the PC here recently but it wasn't until today that I noticed that every other version of this (and every) card I could find out in the universe has the printing code, or whatever it is called, vertically on the right hand side of the card. This one is on the left hand side?

I was unable to find any information in a myriad of articles, internet searches, forum searches, etc so I am hoping someone may be able to shed some light on this for me.

Is this a knockoff? Did this happen with some frequency? Is it from a later set? Any all info is greatly appreciate - thanks!

Looks miscut and the printing is from the next decal.

Agree with Jim. In my set they are all on the right, but when I googled Topps 1969 decals and accessed images I saw a few with the CR on the left. In each case it looked like how the decal had been cut.

Yeah - that makes sense. I thought about that for a second but glossed right past it.

Thanks for the info guys!
