Default Estate sale with "Babe Ruth, Ty Cobb, Honus Wagner" and more...What do you think?

So I was just browsing through some local estate sales to look for baseball stuff and came across this sale:

http://www.estatesales.net/estate-sales/235995.aspx

A few of the items are "certified". The Ruth & Gehrig ball looks fresh off of Coach's Corner. What do you experts think about the rest of the stuff? This place is only about 30 minutes from me.

One of the pieces appears to have an ACE LOA. That says "stay away" to me.

One of the others, the multi-signed photo, looks to have psa/dna, for whatever that's worth. That one looked the most interesting anyway (can't tell who's on there).

I agree that the first Ruth/Gehrig ball on there looks very coaches corner.

Tough call as to whether it could be worth your time.

Looks like a mixed bag. Perhaps the estate of an honest collector who happened to have a few clunkers...

I'd be more concerned if they had psa or jsa certs. Then for sure stay away.

Maybe worth giving them a call and seeing who the items were certed by, and if they have other baseball items not shown? May be a case where the items the auctioneer didn't pay attention to are the better picks.

You can see there are Lelands labels on the holders. One of the LOAs appears to be PSA.
