Looks to me to be the same one as the "real one" on ebay....

Yes, it looks like a scan stolen from Charlie's auction.

we've got this all wrong...i wrote a nasty email (via ebay) to the seller saying that he has a stolen scan, you can see the psa holder, but he responded.
"this is not a stolen scan.. i got this card from my Dad" so it must be charlies son selling the card.

His own listing shows it is a reprint. He has a front scan (sure looks like the other one)and two scans of a card back. He says photo 2 was taken off the internet. (It looks genuine.) Photo 3 is his actual card. (It has copyright dates from Borden, MLB and somebody else, that look like 1983 or 1993.)

I told him that it showed a 1993 copyright date by MLB and Bordens. (Bordens owned the Cracker Jack brand from 1964 to 1997, before they sold it to Frito Lay.)

I told him it may very well have come out of a Cracker Jack box, but it did so in 1993, not 1915.

His response:

"The card says "2 of 24 joe jackson cleveland-americans 1915 set #103" I never said it came in a box from 1915 I said it came in a box of cracker jacks."
