Great picture, nice to have the press listing about it.

Someone has correctly addressed the order in which they stand, Chief Bender on the far left, Tom Clark next to last on the right.

Chief was 6' 2", Clark was 5' 11". The image of Chief was added to that photo, and it is slightly larger than it should be compared to the others; note the black penned in outline above his cap.

The Baseball Reference bullpen bio says Clark was a coach for the Giants, 1932 - 1935, and in 1938. That printed matter indicates it's March of 1931... maybe 1931 was right, or it was 1932 and the paper had an error, or the BR bullpen article is wrong... or maybe in 1931 Clark helped with spring training but didn't stay as a coach during the regular season. BR last lists him as a minor league manager for Chambersburg in 1929.

I don't recognize any of the billboard company names from what's in the pictures.

A great photo for a New York Giants fan, or a John McGraw fan. For several years I've had a nebulous thought that all great baseball strategists can trace their roots back to John McGraw and Connie Mack. Pick a post WWII manager with some success, look at the managers he played under, look at them to see who they played under....

Easy, short example. Leo Durocher played for Frankie Frisch, who played for John McGraw.

Denver Bears Beautiful Stadium Shot. Shown catching is former yankee Ralph Houk now turned manager to the yanks Denver farm team. Pitcher unknown.
Love how the chairs say Bears Stadium.
