Default Tips on TCMA Authenticity?

Does anyone have a surefire way to verify authenticity on 1980 TCMA cards? As a Cubs fan, the Sandberg with the Reading Phillies has long been on my list; the problem is most times it comes up in a PSA slab, somebody wants $500 or more for it. There’s a more reasonable one out there right now on eBay, but it’s raw. I know these cards have been reprinted. Just not sure what to look for… or if it would be worth the risk.

Thanks for any advice..

I'm not real good at telling from the scan. The only thing which does concern me is the seller also had another Sandberg which he sold recently.
