Default Psa grading

What a joke. I sent in an order april 20th. They entered into the system in july. It has been in grading over 60 days and now they say basicly i might get it by thanksgiving. What a way to run a
business. And no bs about the virus, tired of that excuse.

1- They should hire more graders.....Or
2 - If they can't find any help in the Newport Beach area, they should open a second location on the East Coast. I am sure they would get many applications with knowledgeable applicants..........maybe the Philadelphia area?

There would be additional costs involved with a new office location, but there would be a quicker turnaround on submissions resulting in more submissions.

They should do something. The 6 cards they have had since april are the ones you get free when you renew your membership. At one point they said if you didn't submit those before a certain date you would lose the free grading. I have an earlier submission in there but it was on the bulk rate and i can understand that, although its still poor service.
I would say they can afford to move their operation where they can get help
how can you trust the grading now
what a mess
