Marketing 101
1910 T206 Sweet Caporal Bill Graham SGC 60 (EX 5) * St. Louis- American * BEAUTY
Real auction title on eBay. Without "Sweet Caporal", this might be considered deceptive. With "Sweet Caporal", one could still be fooled. In the closing minute of an auction a quick glance at the title and the price could result in an unfortunate bid.

I think such a title will get more eyes on the card via saved searches. I searched "SGC T206 american beauty" and it was the first item in the results. The second item had an "American Beauty" back.
