Default Help With Old Programs?

I have some old programs that I inherited. Most are in very good shape, especially for being over 50 years old. Most have ticket stubs with them along with the newspaper article on the game. A few of them have signatures. I'll probably sell the signature ones individually, but I was hoping to sell the regular ones in bulk. If anyone knows a way I could do that, please help! Here are some of the things I have:

Baseball:
Montreal Royals... 3 from the '45 and '46 season.
Athletics... Some from the '49, '50, '51, '52, and '54 seasons.
Red Sox... Some from the '45 - '54, '56, '58 and '59 seasons.
Dodgers... Some from the '49 - '53, '55, and '57 seasons.
Giants... Some from the '49 - '54, '56, and '57 seasons.
Yankees... Some from the '49 - '53, '55, '57, '58, '59, '71 and a '73 Yearbook.
Phillies... Some from the '49 - '51 seasons and a '52 All-Star game program.
Braves... Some from the '45, '47, '48, '51 and '52 seasons.

Signed Baseball Programs:
1947 Boston Braves program with multiple Brooklyn Dodgers signatures, including Jackie Robinson and "Pee Wee" Reese.
1947 Red Sox program with multiple Yankees signatures, including Yogi Berra.
1947 Boston Braves with multiple New York Giants signatures, including Bobby Thompson and John Mize.
1947 Red Sox with multiple signatures, including Ted Williams.
1947 Boston Braves with multiple signatures, including Warren Spahn.
1947 Red Sox with multiple Washington Senators signatures; I don't recognize any big names.

Football:
Eagles... One from '59.
Browns... One or two from '50.
Pro Bowl Program from 1960.

Hockey:
Rangers... Some from all years in the '50s and '60s.
Canadiens... Some from all years in the '50s and '60s.
Flyers... One or two from the '67 - '68 season.
Bruins... A few from the '52 - '53 and '56 - '57 seasons.
Islanders... One from the '72 - '73 season.
Black Hawks... One or two from the '62 - '63 season.
A 1957 Hockey Magazine.
Two homemade "Yearbooks" for the '49 - '50 and '56 - '57 seasons. (Newspaper articles and pictures from the entire season.)

Soccer:
Miscellaneous programs from '59 - '63 from Ebbets Field, the Polo Grounds and Randalls Island Stadium. There's also a Manchester City program from the early '60s, a Chelsea Football Club program from '63 - '64, and a World Cup Souvenir Program from England in 1966.

There are also a few miscellaneous magazines:
Sport Magazines from Dec. 1957, Mar. 1963 and Dec. 1963.
Sports Illustrated from Jan. 28, 1963.

If anyone can help me, please do.

Thanks!

Hi,

I am not a program collector, but can offer a few general words of advice.
I wouldn't sell in bulk, at least not right away -- you need to find out if you have some rare and valuable pieces in there.

You mention you have tickets that go along with the programs. If you have historic games included in there, for example the first game or first home run game for players like Mays, Mantle, Jackie Robinson, Aaron -- they could command a steep premium.

I wouldn't sell anything yet until you really get a chance to go through them and perhaps even have some sort of expert look at them with you.

Greg
