Back up to 519. I would like to get the O'Hara and finish the set minus the big 4, but doesn't seem likely without parting with a card or two I really like.

Bump me to 520 Frank...

too bad I didn't climb the list any.

Funny it took me almost a year to the day to go from 519 to 520.

Please bump me up to 518.

Also, I just noticed I seem to be listed twice on the list (at 437 and 517). Please delete the listing of me at 437 (unless of course there is actually another Steve D here )

Default A Crazy Week

I was off from work and spent way to much time chasing the Monster. I grabbed 17 with a couple HOF and 10 Southern Leaguers. One BST helped clean up the Commons. I then got the bright idea to do a second BST for the SL-ers. MY new MN is 406.9...

The LIST:

189. Clark Griffith (Batting) SC350
133. Red Dooin P350
132. Wild Bill Donovan (Throwing) P350
281. Paddy Livingstone (Livingston) P350
22. Jack Bastian P350
175. Charlie Fritz P350
49. Roy Brashear P350
45. Bill Bradley (Portrait) SC150
361. Al Orth P350
277. Harry Lentz (Sentz) OM
423. Charles Seitz OM
375. Hub Perdue OM
206. Gordon Hickman P350
280. Perry Lipe 350
226. Hughie Jennings (One Hand Showing) PB
198. Bill Hart (Little Rock) OM
215. Ernie Howard (Savannah) OM

A bit of a difference between last week and this one, I only grabbed three. I guess moving into the Southern League segment of the Monster will slow things down..... My new MN is 409.9

The trio:
441. Sid Smith (Atlanta) P350
491. James Westlake OM
304. Pat McCauley OM

I've been collecting blindly for about 5-6 years now just picking up cards when I liked them. Pulled them out yesterday to count. I have 112. It will take me 20+ years at this rate but I recognize the slow process. Maybe in another year I'll actually inventory them so I know what I have.

I'm up to 444 (All SGC50 or better).

80 cards away from the set, although I will be stopping at 520 (minus the BIG 4). So, I am 76 cards away from my goal.

Slow week, I only grabbed two. Not much is on the horizon at the moment either. The Monster has gone on the lam. The two I did manage to get are:

149. Jack Dunn (Baltimore) P350
107. Bill Cranston OM

That gives me a new MN of 422.9

Three more Southern Leaguers this week leaves me 13 more to get. Not much left to get but Big Dawgs, the Southern Leaguers and a handful of stray common-plus guys. My new MN is 429.9

The newest trio:

337. Dom Mullaney OM
362. William Otey OM
398. Dutch Revelle OM
