Does PSA still do this ?Authenticity ? Very misleading to me...

It's original according to the seller. I guess original reprint would be correct.

It's a E Wagner of some variety with a Mello-Mint back added for the picture. There are clearly two cards put together in the scans, albeit either or both might be fakes.

Yes....the label is short for QUESTIONABLE AUTHENTICITY.....meaning not real. Yet many sellers prey on people not knowing that.
