Default Speaking of packs..

I just added these few to my collection and figured I would share....A few were upgrades. I was particularly interested in the Coupon carton and the Hindu pack as even though they might not be the exact dates of the cards they are very close. The Hindu pack has a 1908 overstamp.....

Those packs are gorgeous! I collected tobacco tins for a few years, assembling a collection of perhaps 100 pieces. I wonder if that hobby is still in vogue? It was hugely popular in the U.S. in the early 1990's.

Hi Leon,
That Hindu pack is very interesting, as it looks like a 20 ct pack. It's also totally different than the Hindu packs of the 1909-1911 period.

Here's one of the many ad's from the period:

Be well Brian

Those are beautiful, Leon.
As you know, I've been into packs recently and have found collecting them a real delight. In fact, all of them are on display in frames with a plaque describing year, factory, approx. # of packs existing, etc.

all the best,

barry
