Default Cards of Federal Leaguers in uniform

Posted By: Gilbert Maines

Hi, Im starting to collect cards of players of this league which show the insignia or team name on the player's uniform. But I don't know which cards show this. Do you?

So far, Ive heard that some of the Baltimore News cards contain some cards of the Terrapins, but I haven't seen any yet. However, I have seen a couple of Terrapins in the Cracker Jack set.

And in the Sporting News PC set, I noticed a Wilson, who was with the Whales in their away uniform. Ive also seen them on a couple of Cracker Jacks too. And I have a CJ which shows the road uniform of the '14 Buffalo Blues (which differs from the '15 uniform of that team).

But thats it! Can you offer any help?

T213-II, Coupon Cigarettes, but these are not actual photos. They are T206 poses.

This is probably the Buffalo card you meant, but I still thought I'd post it. (It grades a 30 due to a smidgen of paper loss on the back, but is still a much sharper card than the Walter Johnson from the thread of the last couple days. Just another reason why I can't fully buy into grading.)

You said cards. Postcards count? LOL

People said it was a million dollar wound. But the government must keep that money, cause I ain't never seen a penny of it.

This is my favorite federal league card. You can sort of see the insignia on his left chest. Classic card.
