Default Great eBay find - 1957 Orioles Baseball

Posted By: Dan McCarthy

The fact that I managed to nab this for $18 and change is a testament to the fact that 1) eBay still has steals to be found and 2) I spend far too much time in philosophy class scouring eBay for poorly listed cards and baseballs than listening to lectures about Kant and humanity's downfalls. Thanks to a terrible title and description and tiny, blurry photo, I wasn't exactly sure what I'd be getting. It turned out to be a beauty. Pretty cool that it features two HOF autos - Robinson and Kell - with Kell's career ending and Robinson's just beginning. Anyone have an idea on value? Is $150-200 a good estimate?

Nice ball ! I agree that deals on eBay can still be found with a little digging (i'd give $150 for it in a heartbeat!).

Fantastic ball Dan! Wow...it is clean and well taken care of. Very undervalued even at $150 IMO.
