Default No deal

The single bid 72 hour auction is over.

If you have an interest in any of the unsold cards, let me know.

More like Frank's personal garage sale, where you can't haggle over prices. So, be careful what you say in here. He might tell you to get off his lawn

Default Flak or No Flak

Admittedly the single bid auction with an unhidden reserve price stretches the limits of the definition of an auction. One could understandably argue that this is a potpourri of BINs resembling a garage sale and begin to throw stones and have a hissy fit. I apologize to those whom I have offended. Finding a place on the board to list this potpourri of eras and sports was one of the problems I tried to solve by listing it here. Experimenting with different auction styles is another interest of mine as many of you know. In fairness to those who have seen a card that they may be interested in, I will leave this open for 72 hours and then in deference to those on the other side of the aisle, the DEAL OR NO DEAL auction will simply disappear.

Tim, thanks for your DEAL. Indirectly this listing has resulted in another sale of a card that was not listed here. Thank you, Sean.

By the way, I will be the only one on the golf course today wearing a vintage WW1 combat helmet.

I just wanted to say that I was completely joking around with my earlier post. I don't see any reason we can't have fun threads like this in the auction section.
