Default maybe if we smack 'em enough, something will happen?

I've decided to start reporting listing violations to ebay. The cut-out graders have started placing their garbage into the graded boxing card listings. I went through and reported a bunch of them to ebay as miscategorized listings and I intend to do it every time I see a listing.

My thought for the rest of you is as follows: We should each commit to take a few minutes each day to report five wrong listings to ebay. I figure if they receive a few complaints from me, nothing will happen, but if they receive a hundred a day, someone may act to force the cutters to put their garbage into the non-card categories where it belongs. I may be tilting at windmills here, but if ebay receives hundreds of complaints, maybe they will act.

Dont bother...About 6 months ago, I spent every day of a three week break reporting listing errors (reprints, complete frauds, cut-out-garbage, etc.)...nothing happened...kings collectibles still posted for months afterwards...AAA grading still around...toni still around...it is horrible but ebay does not want to give up that listing fee...

I hope when you guys complain, you keep track of it, maybe I am silly, but I have kept a log , and the purpose is quite simple,,,one day one of our brothers is going to get screwed over,,,,I truly believe that some day someone or a group will sue them, and when they claim they had no idea, I hope we all dump like a thousand complaints into some lawyers hands,,,just to prove they knew what was going on the whole time,,,,

I believe just like the tobacco industry,,,,ebay will regret their attitude some day,,,,
