One of my sort of recent (pre-covid) packages from Amazon was sent 2 day, arrived in three.
Sent UPS, from the shipper to the Chelmsford UPS facility, from Chelmsford UPS to the Chelmsford Post office the next day, and delivered by Lowell post office on day 3. If they'd just sent it regular UPS it would have been delivered in 2 days.

Yah I got one stuck in Newark, NJ since 8/6......5 days no movement.


And mind you it took 5 days just to get to NJ from Illinois. So going on day 10 or 11 of what normally is 2-3. It does make you wonder.

KAROL: The sorting equipment that we use to process mail for delivery. In Iowa, we are losing machines. And they already in Waterloo were losing one of those machines. So that also hinders our ability to process mail in the way that we had in the past.
