They give fair warning with "crazy"in the AH name. Seems you also need to be crazy to bid with them.

You'd think someone from that company would spend the 30 seconds to post something here, clearing things up. Amazing how some businesses can thrive despite themselves.

I called them yesterday to pay by phone, because I couldn't get the paypal to work when I logged into my account.

They were trying to get invoices out starting last night -- their system doesn't automatically calculate shipping so they have to manually input shipping before each invoice can be finalized individually. Once the invoice is sent the paypal feature is unlocked on their website (as well as other methods of payment, I assume).

I haven't gotten mine yet, but it sounded like they were on the way.

I'm not sure there's any other aspect of life...that I'm aware of...where so much bullshit is tolerated than this beloved hobby! WTF!

In my auction I have to individually calculate shipping as well. We had 700 lots and 200 different winners. They were all invoiced in 24 hours. I do it myself.
