Is this E94 overprint real?

I don't recall a "A Big Hit" stamp has the word "CONFECTIONERS" on the bottom.

BTW, how many of those known E94 overprint exist?

It is as real as this one is ....and you really should check out Pete's site posted in this thread..and read Lew Lipset's Encyclopedia. They are both valuable resources..."Back" collecting is fun....good luck and best regards
