After having this stock certificate in my "stuff" for 20+ years, I recently gave it a new lookover while listing it on eBay. Note that the certificate is issued to Geo. Bresich; it is also pencil-endorsed by him on the back. I wonder if this is the Breisch from E107 hobby fame? Is the Geo. Williams who signed on front as secretary the guy from Breisch-Williams and Williams Caramel Co.? Bresich was also once in the candy business with Walter Hiune, who signed this certificate as treasurer.
