Anyone with experience involving CHARGEBACKS/Ebay Seller Protection? surfe-3 scammer

Follow up to this scammer. I tried to warn others about this guy by following up on the feedback I left for him. Ebay deleted it. Why would they do that?

Sure makes you wonder what kind of an operation they’re running over there.

I wonder if the other user disputed it, so they took a preliminary measure to delete it while they “investigate”?

What is there to investigate?? He has a history of scamming sellers out of their cards and getting his money back.

Not allowed to leave negative feedback for buyers.....or negative "positive" feedback either. Even if they are a scammer. Gives people the idea Ebay may not be a completely safe platform to transact business on.

If you leave a false positive, EBay will remove it and can suspend your account for misuse of feedback. Be careful. It doesn't seem right in some circumstances but it is what it is.

It wasn't really a false positive though. It was a little known and seldom used provision called "reply to feedback received". It is perfect for situations such as this.
