Default Autograph ID Help? From a Dodgers lot, but I am stumped

Does anyone recognize these two by chance? Assuming they have a Dodger tie, but I can't place either at this moment.

I cannot identify either one, but the first one is not a signature. It is a carbon copy, not the original. The second one is probably Japanese. You have it horizontal. Many of them sign vertical.

Carbon copy of 1958 debut Bob Wilson and I believe Chin-Hui Tsao (no comment on authenticity).

Thank you. Someone on Facebook suggested Wilson and that seems to make sense. I have only seen 3x5s signed Bob Wilson and wondered about them. They all look the same but his signature was so obscure, they could have all been from one source and fake for all I know. This helps me feel better about those, as it is pretty similar.

I’ll check a Tsao card I have. There were several other foreign born players in the lot, but all were marked (Nakamura, Hu, Kida, Ishii, Seo, etc)

I understood the numbers 163 & 03 on the inked 3x5 card to mean 2003 debut, player 163. I looked that up and it was Chase Utley, but since you mentioned Tsao, I went back and he was debut #162 in 2003. Maybe a simple mistake by the person recording the details of the signature? It certainly adds some legitimacy to it being Tsao.

It bums me out that so many signatures are undocumented, I try to ID all of mine for future owners, but these sites and the collective knowledge out there is amazing as well. I am pretty decent with Dodgers myself, but sometimes they just don’t click. After all, there have been a couple thousand of them by now.
