Thanks Mike and Matt...Mark, that's great, congrats....That probably came off a Wilson Trophy. I've always thought it looked like a very young Ruth...in person that is, photos don't do it justice. I got the complete trophy at, I think it was the 1997 National from Dan Knoll...I remember I had to $tep up for it, but I wasn't leaving without it! It's dated 1929...below some shots of mine...plus comparison face shots, that's Walter Johnson on the right. |

Nice Mike. You out sniped me on that one. I thought you did very well with the price though. I hate seeing those that have been re-painted bright orange or green. They look great just like that one you got. |

Brock, I bought these and they were painted brown, I used goof off and removed the brown paint, this is what was underneath. The good off did not affect the original color. Brown is not the original color. |
