Default 1932 OR2 Orbit pin error?

Both pins say Fonseca and are #20, but the images are different. The one on the left does not have a letter on the cap, but the image is much more defined. The pin on the right matches is the correct pin for #20 Fonseca.

Hi-
I hope it is an uncatalogued variation! While I cannot speak to the Fonesca, in the 1986 Hakes pin guide there are a few variations listed. For example, the numbered Jurges and English pins have variations (with and without bat), and there is a team change on another so there definitely appears to be multiple printings regardless of the number/no number variation. You might want to check with the board member who specializes in pins (I think his username is Springpin). Nice find!
