Congrats Ben. Do you think it is referred to as Regional because of the reputed limited distribution of packs with them. When I was working on my set most of the sellers were from NY area or Michigan. These were errors in regular production cards but I do not think even Topps test sets with very limited distribution are referred to as Regional

John - you are right! Good eye.

Al - Honestly, i think they just combined two distinct awards into one. Last year, there were two separate categories and more categories overall. Last year there were 28 and this year there are 15. It definitely fits more in the oddball category.

Zach - I think there are less than 100 unless there are 75 people that hoard their blackless cards...could be! Some C sheet cards I have not seen for sale in the past 6 years.

Christian - Thanks man. Good luck with your set too! I was lucky and hit the jackpot with a full set. There are some other full sets out there, so you never know
