Question: Name the youngest players to hit 40, 50 and 60 Home Runs in a season.
Looking for three different people.

40- Mel Ott hit 42 in 1929 at age 20

50- Willie Mays hit 51? in 1954? at age 23? (correction, 1955 at age 24)

60- Babe Ruth hit 54 in 1920 at age 25

40 Is Mel Ott, he was up starting from a very young age.

50 is Prince Fielder, I remember when this happened, truly thought that if he was able to stay healthy, he would be a great power hitter, for a very long time.

60, I would assume is Maris. I know Ruth came close to holding this record though as he hit 59 around his age 25 or 26 season.

Two players reached 40 Home Runs at age 21: 1) Eddie Mathews hit 47 in 1953 2) Ronald Acuna Jr. in 2019.
