Default FOR SALE - W573 Uncut Strip of 10 - Grover Cleveland Alexander

I did a search of this in the archives and see that this was offered up by someone in May with no takers. I since bought it from someone on ebay and realized that I'd like to focus more on my T206s and caramel cards for now, so it is up for sale.

Beautiful strip of 10 with no creases. You will see a little water staining on the first 4 cards but no bubbling or waffling of the paper. No creases.

If you've never seen a strip like this, it is fairly thin stock which came to me in a poster tube. I thought nothing was in it when I opened it. But there it was way at one end rolled up like a roll of stamps.

Pretty cool card strip. If I were to keep it I think I would have it framed. I think it would present well in a simple frame and matte.

I'd like to get $275 for it but will consider offers. Prices on these things are all over the map and none too recent on VCP. One was priced $150 for just the Cleveland graded authentic but that was back in 2008. Let me know what you think of it.

By the way, the scans are a bit out of focus on either the ends or the middle on some of the pictures due to the fact that the cards are in a roll. They can easily be flattened but I didn't want to press on them while in the scanner because I didn't want the scanner top to crease it.

Thanks for looking,

Jason
