edited to add the following:
It looks like there is some sort of mark on the left part of the Supplement. It does not appear to be a pencil marking, but does look more like some sort of scratch from a metal object rubbing against it. Someone did write "230" on the back in pencil. Updated scans have been posted below

bump for price reduction.

Here are the last few sales that I have kept track of:

BGS 2 = $523.60 on 11/15/13 (Goodwin);
VG/EX = $660+S/H on 10/7/15 (CS Auctions);
VG = $420 on 4/30/16 (REA)

I can't go any lower on this nice example...

Default bump

Bump for improved pictures and more detail.

And Bruinsfan, I always believed this to be Clarke's rookie issue, although some would argue it doesn't qualify due to its larger size and paper stock (vs. cardboard stock). I always believed it to be Clarke's earliest collectible until I came across a pretty cool Cabinet card of his from 1898, which is now in my collection.

That said, the M101-1 is still listed on the oldcardboard.com website as the earliest collectible of Mr. Clarke.
