I have a couple of cracker jacks with a small amount of “paper loss” on the reverse that got “2”s. Otherwise they are fantastic. I guess I get the technical grade standards, but your Ruth and my CJs just look too good for those grades.

Took a chance
Won this in May, but didn't pick it up until June. This is from the seller's auction, as my scanner is not hooked up at present, but I was giddy to discover that the distracting white blotch over Frank's head was on the scan and not the card--something I learned when I researched the card prior to bidding.

 Very excited about getting this!!! I had to sell a bunch of cards to put together the PC796 set. Trying to get some of the cards I had to give up about 2 years ago. The card is a tad bit skinny, but it presents better than most grade 1’s and grade 2’s. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Major pickup for me as I near the end of putting together my '33 Goudey set! This card had become my most difficult challenge of any card to find in decent condition, and I was starting to think I may have a long, long road ahead tracking one down. For those considering a '33 Goudey set, start looking for your #52 now.

Here's a good example of buy the card not the slab. This one has quite an interesting back-stamp which I would guess is from the 1920's inspired by the Moorish Revival period in the US. I went to Andy's back-stamp database and it looks like there are a few others out there with the same stamp. If you have not been to Andy's site it is an incredible T206 back-stamp database and I highly recommend a visit: https://thegreatt206backstampproject.yolasite.com/ I'll take a card in this condition with a back-stamp all day long. All alone and stuck at work on my birthday, but it's a T206 mailday! It all balances out.
Added this T206 Harry Davis for a good price – hoping to use as a trade for a Providence Gray or one of the sunset subset at some point. Definitely going to enjoy looking at it until then though!
