I agree in that it all boils down to the contract...if it says 60 days then you have no right to get pissed off until that period has been breached.

If and when that period is breached...the AH should have to pay the consigner a penalty fee...in my opinion!

Pete agree as I said above get mad at 68 not 38 days. This was just a classic I didn’t get my way so I will bounce to Net54 throw somebody under the bus hint about who. Make a huge deal piss and moan…then bingo I now got my way it’s all good please ignore this thread.
