Got Frankie Back!!!
Well, got some GREAT news! FRANKIE IS BACK HOME!!! The authorities have recovered my card, after a B.S. story, and the person is going to be charged for the theft as well.
I would like to thank everyone so much for reporting that my card was listed on the bay, I appreciate it so much for everyone's help. I'm glad this was resolved. - Brent
