Now the cat is out. Thanks Jim...I appreciate your kind wishes. Like I told my sister on the phone a few minutes ago; This #50 is just another day....but my next 50 (on 100 yrs old) I am really going to party. Ironically I started running about 3 months ago and do feel a bit better lately. Hope all is well for all of our board members!! (and thanks Big Ben too!!)

Good to hear about running Leon. Combined with diet these are the keys nto living a long healthy life. As an aside, for those of you age 50 and over who have not had a stress test recently I would recommend it. I felt fine but the squiggly lines said differently. After an angioplasty on one of my arteries and a stent I am back in business. 60 pounds lighter and ready to take over the world.

Yeap, I have lost 15-20 pounds and my wife and I joke about my "apron" getting smaller all of the time. Running and eating less at night is all I do.....I hope to continue to get into better shape. It really does make you (me) feel better!!
