Yeah I have to wait for eBay to finish the investigation. I think after 4 calls they have all the needed proof to make a decision. He gets banned(well his dads account) and the Neg gets removed. He keeps pretty good tabs of this thread too. He just can't post anything.

It was proven and shown two years ago it's a fake. Tell your "attorney" to contact me; you got my address. eBay has made it right with the feedback. Sand Springs PD has again advised me to contact my local PD yet again. I tried to just get them to make a house call but they said my local PD would have to contact their local PD for that.

I'd figure that if the JSA LOA is fake then JSA would try to intervene and indicate that someone forged the JSA document to protect their name. Also, you'd hope JSA would take a role in getting the document issue resolved.
