Can anyone help me with Tom Downey player card weights?

I can only say on t207. The card is one of the 25 toughest, t207 is very tough to rate 1 - 25 toughest as opinions vary, so given there are 200 cards in the set , not counting variations I would weight it an 8 on a scale of 1 - 10. Hope this helps.
