Spring training is approaching!!!!!
Posted By: Addie_Joss
I'm leaving for Florida the 20th and will be there until the 29th. I've never gone to any games but my dad and I have gone to Spring Training twice before to watch the work outs and score an occasional autograph. I love it down there. Some facilities are more fan friendly than others. It really is a shame the Dodgers are leaving Vero because Dodgertown is the most fan accessible facility of them all. The only thing separating you from the players is a thin yellow rope. I was especially excited about going to Dodger town this year because it's their final year so I assume it will be a huge signing fest and Don Mattingly would be there. Now Donnie is going through a messy divorce and I have no idea if he'll be there or not. A childhood dream in pergatory. |
