Probably a late 1920s model... it's called a "Grommet Web Glove". Kind of a transitional style that bridges the gap between the early sewn-web gloves with the more recent laced web and tunnel loop styles.
It's not a super high-end model, as evidenced by the thin/cheaper piping on the reverse. Higher-end adult models would have a thicker rolled leather piping. This one is a mid-range model at best. The shredded inner lining also hurts the value a bit, as lots of collectors like the feel of a smooth liner on their hand. The hole in the index finger also detracts a bit. On the plus side, there is no ink writing and the exterior leather looks pretty good. Gloves of this vintage are not rare, and the value of this one is probably in the $30 - $40 range. But it's a rather tough sell, as you'll see a bunch of others on eBay and elsewhere. Hope this is helpful.
