Default Grading at the National - worth it or lines too long?

I’m curious what others experience has been dropping off cards and items for grading at the national.

I had noticed last year, a crazy long line and wait (PSA) so not sure I want to waste my time in line, but curious what others experience has been.

Is anyone had luck with a bit of an efficient process? If I have forms filled out at home ahead of time, I wonder if that saves some time?

Thx all - see you in Chicago!

Jeff

If someone has trouble filling out PSA's or SGC's forms and then mailing the submissions to the correct company, I'd say the time spent in the line at the National would be well spent.

2 years ago in Chicago I had one item I did through the "show service" and then I had a couple of other orders I was just dropping off.

I stood in line to drop off the cards for probably 45 minutes (I went straight there on the Wednesday early sneak peek) I think your best option any day you show up is head straight to PSA and get that part taken care of, as the line tends to get long pretty quickly.

The person that assisted me did explain that having the paper work done ahead of time made the process easier for everyone.

My time with Customer service to have them receive my order, check everything etc took maybe 3-5 minutes.
