..This Hank Sauer might be 50 / 50 both ways ?? -- Old Beckett graders hammered the final grade down because they considered early cardboard to have eight corners instead of 4 , and took a magnifying glass to new depths of pain and punishment. ..[/QUOTE] Great looking cards, guys. The Ritchie Ashburn, as Adam pointed out sometime ago, is a rather tough one for sure. Centered copies, if you can find them, definitely sell for a premium. I upgraded mine with this one as the price was right and I ran out of patience trying to find a more centered copy. My Hank Sauer, (Posted earlier) although not as perfectly centered as Mike's also looks like it might have been graded on the harsh side as well, but the corners are definitely not pointy.

Bumping this thread with my most recent 52T acquisition. It was an eBay BuyItNow listing and I must have been one of the first to see it...I couldn't hit the BIN button fast enough.

A few recent additions that just arrived today.
Been looking for a long time for a Nippy Jones and a Granny Hamner. Both tough cards, in my opinion, to find centered. These aren't perfect but they're certainly better centered than most I've seen. Matt Batts is is just upgrade as my old copy has some paper loss on the back. Thought I'd post it anyways due to the decent centering.
