John (OP), if you have it in hand, zoom in on the photo with your scanner or a magnifying glass, or loop.

The photo should have all the dots in it. Dot matrix pattern. See below a card I have scanned at 200dpi and 1200 dpi.

There are lots of fakes of Stengel to watch out for. As the guys above said, looks like a repro.

That Stengel is a reprint.

The fellows have told you correctly. I owned one for about a decade and a half. 1- it doesn't look right. 2- the centering screams reprint. Rob is telling you right, get a loop on the photo image and then read what he posted again. 5- The flaking at the edges on the back show that bright white.

6- And finally, get a black light! The back of that card will fluoresce bright purpley-blue.
